This stuff is great. The ginger in it helps with congestion. Not its intended purpose, perhaps, but it works just the same.
I got this because I needed to add some Big Magic Daddy Energy to my mornings and my life. As I was spooning this into my little tea bag, I got a good whiff of the the spices and the smell only intensified as the blend steeped. I was expecting a strong herby flavor because of the coriander and sage. What I got was a delightful taste of cookies. I immediately was reminded of gingerbread, ginger snaps, and the Moravian cookies that I used to eat after school on cold, gray afternoons. I drank my cup unaltered, but this would probably be amazing if it were prepared with some type of milk and honey--maybe butter, too! Prep suggestions aside, this is very much an autumn hug in liquid form.
