It’s complicated. Low-grade burning ginger heat, but then again soft mineral ginkgo like soothing rain. Aromatic jasmine dances with flashy visual vibrant blue pea flower, but their flavors are delicate. One color when brewed as-is, but wildly another with a squeeze of lemon. Hard to explain. You’ll just have to trust me.

Both Firery and Subtle

After the first sip, the ginger sits on the back of your tongue as the lighter flavors get their chance to sweep gracefully across. Really a delightful combination
