This light herbal blend is designed to assist with milk production, iron retention and muscle relaxation. Your skin will also benefit from the soothing marigold and brightening vitamin C present in the rose hip! Note: despite the cute name, please remember this tea is for the breastfeeding parent, not to serve directly to your baby.
Ingredients: Fenugreek seed, rose hip, raspberry leaf, marigold, nettle leaf

To infuse, use one teaspoon per cup of water at 185°F or 85°C and allow to steep for at least two minutes. Stronger infusions (5-7 minutes) will yield more benefit.
