This blend of exquisite Japanese Sencha green tea with ginger and two kinds of mint is light, crisp, and slightly vegetal. Great for energizing and easing headaches. Try sipping to boost yourself when you can't quite get out of bed in the morning, for that extra kick in the rear you need!

Ingredients: Green tea, ginger, peppermint, spearmint

Approximately 60mg of caffeine per cup

Steep at 185° F or 85°C for 2-4 min
