A rich, smooth Chinese black tea with a profile reminiscent of roasted sweet potato, honey and topsoil. This rolled leaf is said to look like little snails, and as the tea infuses, the tiny snails poke their heads out! Brew over and over, up to 15 infusions easily per serving! One of our top sellers, and a truly exquisite example of the gorgeous quality being produced by our partners, the Lin family farm in Anxi, Fujian.
Ingredients: Black tea
Approximately 80mg of caffeine per cup
Steep at 212° F or 100°C for 2-4 minutes.

I asked for some gold luster dust to be added, just because gilded Golden Snails was an amusing concept and I wanted to try the tea, and I may have a new Daily Beverage 😂 I ordered because my coffee wasn't being as nice to my stomach, and there's PLENTY of caffeine to make up for that, combined with the delightful flavor that isn't bitter at all, just reminds me of a good sweet potato sushi roll. I'll absolutely be getting more of this one!!
This tea hits all the high notes. Delicious hot and cold, fragrant, naturally a little sweet, and tasty over multiple infusions. I bought one ounce to try and went through it startlingly fast. Like, about a week. I just kept reaching for it!
