Approximately 80mg of caffeine per cup

Steep at 205° F or 96.1°C for 2-4 minutes

A little fussy, but worth it

So, pay attention to the steeping instructions, then dial them back a hair on the first steep. If you go in with standard black tea mode roiling boil, you're going to have a bitter brew. Even at the recommended 205, I find that first steep only needs to be a minute at most. (I don't actually take the temperature since my kettle's not set up for that. Boil, then let it sit for 30 seconds to a minute to cool a bit. Close enough.) Then it's a tasty light tea with that Darjeeling character over a bit of malty Assam body. You can get another steep or two out of it, since the Assam doesn't nearly give up all its brew in that amount of time, while the Darjeeling becomes more aroma enhancement.
