This traditional Okinawan blend is a popular piece of folk medicine to aid in moderating blood sugar and blood pressure. Refreshing and warming notes combine in this gardeny mix of green and white teas, spices, and flowers.

Ingredients: Green tea, white tea, chicory root, hibiscus, black peppercorn, turmeric, jasmine essence

Approximately 35mg of caffeine per cup

Steep at 180° F or 82.2°C for 3-5 min
