Ingredients: Yerba mate, ginger, blueberry, pineapple, rainbow sugar*

     *Rainbow sugar contains: sugar, FDC yellow 5, yellow 6, blue 1, red 3, red 40 lake, maltodextrin, carnauba wax

Approximately 80mg of caffeine per cup

Steep at 190° F or 87.8°C for 3-5 min
