A gentle herbal remedy for congested and runny sinuses with built-in immune support. Try it with honey and lemon for sore throats, or drink it any time for a delicious decaf tisane.

Ingredients: Lemon peel, ginger, peppermint, spearmint, elderflower

0mg of caffeine per cup

To infuse, use one teaspoon per cup of water at 185°F or 85°C and allow to steep for at least two minutes. Stronger infusions (5-7 minutes) will yield more benefit.

Delightful!

Rich and herbaceous, with strong, pleasantly minty flavors and hints of floral citrus. The ginger was pleasantly unassuming.
I have chronic rhinitus and it still managed to keep my sinuses clear through a day of sipping.

I think it's good?

I kept receiving an email to leave a review on this product, but it was a gift for someone for Christmas, so I don't actually have anything constructive to really leave on it nor do I know how it tastes. Imo I think it still makes for a nice gift though, especially for tea lovers.

Got me through a sinus infection

This tea gave me some very much added relief during a sinus infection. And it tastes GOOD!
