For lucid dreamwork witches and astral travelers, this blend of Central American and Western European herbal knowledge draws on the combined power of cacao and mugwort to aid in your journeying.

An additional note on mugwort: while this herb is safe, legal, and not psychoactive, some people have a strong reaction and will find themselves in mental distress. If you are not sure of your body’s reaction to mugwort, start with one lightly brewed cup and work your way up in strength until you reach your desired result.

Ingredients: Cacao nib, linden, mugwort, lemon verbena, lavender

To infuse, use one teaspoon per cup of water at 185°F or 85°C and allow to steep for at least two minutes. Stronger infusions (5-7 minutes) will yield more benefit.

Consistent Dreams

I have been unable to dream consistently for years. This is now become a part of my nighttime routine, and I experience life in such a new way. Definitely not accustomed to the flavor of mugwort but enjoy it nonetheless.
