Strawberries & Cream

I don't know where to begin with this one! Sometimes flavored teas are too subtle for my liking but this one is just right! Obviously the strawberry is the star but it's graceful about it flavor-wise. A splash of milk elevates it and this might have to be in my permanent decaf rotation from now on.

I love this tea! I got the decaf version so I can have it after work (it goes really well with tea cookies/biscuits). Sometimes only the strawberries come out when I pour it from the bag so I usually block them with my hand to let the tea leaves out. I sometimes add a little milk to add to the creaminess.

First, I really appreciate that this is available decaf so that I can drink it more often and for dessert at night. It could be my brewing, but I did not unfortunately have much success getting a lot of strawberry or cream flavor out of this one. I may try it again sometime now that I have a tea press. It's a nice black tea, and takes cream well. (I purchased the decaf version). I hope Friday will make more decaf dessert teas for us :) If you like strawberry, try out the True Love blend. It's SO good!
