Teenagers, am I right? This uppity blend of tart citrus and seaweedy sencha green tea is undercut with a sweet red tea heart for a balanced cup that will make you sing.

Ingredients: Green tea, rooibos, lemongrass, marigold, bergamot oil

Approximately 75mg of caffeine per cup

Steep at 175° F or 79.4°C for 2-4 minutes

My favorite blend

I was given this through a sample pack and I just love it. It’s my perfect morning tea, board gaming tea, cozy night tea… just enough caffeine to keep you moving, not enough to keep you awake. Perfect balance of floral flavors. I can’t say enough nice things about this tea. I’ve ordered like 10 bags so far and I don’t intend to stop any time soon. LOVE this tea.

Medicinal?

Unfortunately this one was not for me. Some flavor stood out that made it seem medicinal almost.
